Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has prioritized the implementation of eGovernance initiatives to enhance service delivery for its citizens. In line with this objective, BMC has launched a mobile device-enabled service delivery initiative.

The BMC-developed mobile application, called MyBMC, utilizes the latest mobile technology to facilitate information sharing and service delivery in both English and Marathi.

With this application, users can:

1. Check and pay outstanding or advance property tax.
2. Check and pay water bills.
3. Check and pay tenancy rent.
4. Request tree trimming services.
5. Raise complaints regarding potholes on Mumbai's roads.
6. Raise general complaints.
7. View the status of drain cleaning and request cleaning services.
8. Access emergency contacts.
9. Stay updated on city-wide weather conditions.
10. Find important locations such as schools, hotels, petrol pumps, and hospitals.
11. View ward office addresses.
12. Access the development plan for Mumbai city.
13. Find important e-mail IDs.
14. Access information related to Covid-19.
